Watermelon Margarita Mocktail

Nothing is more thirst quenching and refreshing in the summer heat than a big, juicy slice of fresh watermelon. Some of my greatest childhood memories include watermelon juice running down my arm at the picnic table on a hot summer evening. This mocktail will take you back to those moments with a refreshing and healthy alternative to a tradition a frozen margarita.

  • 2 cups cold watermelon

  • 8 oz Cultured Kombucha Co Strawberry Rhubarb Kombucha

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 8–10 mint leaves,

  • salt

  • 2 cups ice cubes


In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass with a salt rim and enjoy!
